Measuring Up to the Industry Standard. We believe our own standards are far more stringent, but measuring up to the industry benchmark matters too. Our ISO 9001:2000 certification demonstrates our continued committment to put our performance out in the open. Meeting industry standards eliminates the need for individual audits by each customer, and gives our customers assurance in our capabilities. But that's not enough for us. We developed our own internal quality-control processes, and always look beyond the baseline requirements in an effort to continuously improve for your benefit. We were one of the first in this industry to achieve Q1 certification back in the 1980s, and have maintained our certification through QS standards and ISO standards since. We have a history of accomplishing our goals, and our continued industry quality certification is just one more way of showing it.
